About the Program
The Global Greater Washington Foundation for Social Impact Young Woman Leaders Fellowship Program supports social impact leadership development across Global Greater Washington region and Cote d'Ivoire through a rich exchange program. Our top priority is to encourage young leaders to pursue their life dreams with passion, integrity, and hope.
Our curated programs are designed to equip the next generation of social impact leaders with learning opportunities, networking, and resources to realize their grand vision and dedication to making a difference in people’s lives, primarily through the expression of ideas, innovation, and social entrepreneurship.
Fellows will join global thought leaders from business, government, and social sectors and engage in meaningful relationships. The fellowship program will conclude with personal growth projects, during which participants will apply what they have learned to address some of the most pressing issues facing their communities in the Global Greater Washington region and across Africa.
